What gets deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove all of the following from our servers within 30 days:
- Your anonymous account identifier
- Your saved roster and portfolio data
- Your comparison history
- Your scoring preference, favorite team, and other settings
- Your email address (if you provided one for alerts or Premium)
- Your push notification token
- Your subscription record (Premium subscribers should also cancel through their App Store or Google Play account to stop billing)
Method 1: Delete inside the DraftCall app
The fastest way:
- Open the DraftCall app on your phone
- Go to Settings (rightmost tab)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt
Your local data is cleared immediately. Server-side data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Method 2: Email request
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access the in-app option, send a deletion request by email:

Include in the body:
- The email address you used in the app (if any)
- The approximate date you first installed DraftCall
- The platform you used (iOS or Android)
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity to make sure we are deleting the correct account.
Cancelling a Premium subscription
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription. If you are subscribed to DraftCall Premium, cancel separately to stop future billing:
- iOS:Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > DraftCall > Cancel Subscription
- Android:Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > DraftCall > Cancel
Apple and Google handle subscription billing directly. Pizza Robot Studios LLC cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf or refund partial billing periods.
