Rashid Shaheed is the Seattle Seahawks number 22 wide receiver, a 3-year pro, and finished the 2026 regular season as a low-end fantasy option at his position. He averaged 7.1 fantasy points per game across 18 appearances, though he currently sits outside our ranked 2026 draft board at wide receiver. That per-game number is the starting point for every start or sit decision you make with him in 2026.
Rashid Shaheed finished 2026 with 59 receptions for 687 yards and 2 touchdowns. He drew 92 targets, a workload that anchors his weekly floor without quite hitting alpha status.
