Gunnar Helm is the Tennessee Titans number 84 tight end, a rookie, and finished the 2026 regular season as a low-end fantasy option at his position. He averaged 4.4 fantasy points per game across 16 appearances, though he currently sits outside our ranked 2026 draft board at tight end. That per-game number is the starting point for every start or sit decision you make with him in 2026.
Gunnar Helm finished 2026 with 44 receptions for 357 yards and 2 touchdowns. He drew 55 targets, a workload that anchors his weekly floor without quite hitting alpha status.
